COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 845N-SJDN3-CRN1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amalgamated-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amicon-Typact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amalgamated-Instrument such as the PM6IV1104E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TPY manufactured by Amicon-Typact and we are pleased to be able to service most Amicon-Typact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R4KL0800YD by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alltronics Brand 94M07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anci such as NX2A4T11 equipment made by Anci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 23A102A made by Anahe-Automation as well as the popular SW3 original spares produced by Altera-Max Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NX1F4D by Amci and NX2A4T11 spares by Anci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DL5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
